THEREFORE, ROTARY PARK IS NOOT ELIGIBLE UNDER CRITERION A AND C. THE PARK IS NOT ELIGIBLE UNDER CRITERION B AS THERE ARE NO KNOWN ASSOCIATIONS WITH PERSONS OF NOTE RELATED TO ROTARY PARK.
